Tabletop Simulator Update Workshop

After updating a workshop item, it needs re-uploaded into Steam so that the update appears for others.

then click on "Update Workshop" and provide the workshop ID for the original upload. To get that ID, you'll need to browse to it in Steam, right click on the page, "Copy URL", and from that URL, the ID is at the back.

After the upload, go to the Change Notes page of the workshop and edit what was changed.
