- Akibot_youtube_channel needs channel name, channel UC
- Akibot_youtube_posting needs to point at the channel's db id, set to active, and existingch false
- On next run, it will make the channel and flip both existingch (true) and active (false), in which I need to copy over the threadid and then reactivate the posting.
- Add forum tags to new channel.
